By using this website or registering for Team Phoenix Basketball, you agree to these Terms.
Registration
Parents certify they have legal authority to register the participant.
Program Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Credits may be issued solely at Team Phoenix’s discretion.
Team Placement

Coaches determine all basketball decisions.

Team Phoenix reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any participant whose behavior is detrimental to the program.
No refund shall be issued.
Parents certify their athlete is medically able to participate.
Injury
Participation involves inherent risks.
Team Phoenix is not responsible for injuries occurring during participation except where required by law.
Photography
Team Phoenix may photograph or record events for marketing purposes.
Parents may request exclusion by contacting us in writing before participation.
